RETURNS

CUSTOM JEWELRY & GRILLZ

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom jewelry or grillz.

If you choose not to keep a custom piece, you may request scrap value reimbursement based on the metal/gemstones used. This refund will be processed after the item is inspected.

NON-CUSTOM JEWELRY ITEMS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.

⚠️ All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
⚠️ Any customization or sizing voids eligibility for return or exchange.

Defective Items:
We only replace defective items within 48 hours of the item being shown delivered. (Does not include custom items; custom grillz, custom made jewelry, any alteration to any product).
