Legal notice

For all custom and special orders, customers are responsible for completing payment and arranging pickup or shipment within a reasonable time after being notified that their order is ready.

Any order that remains unpaid, or unclaimed for a period of 250 days from the date the item is ordered will be considered an abandoned order.

Once an order is deemed abandoned:

• Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable.
• The order may be resold, scrapped, or otherwise disposed of at the company’s discretion.
• The customer forfeits all ownership rights to the item.
• The order will be permanently closed with no further obligation to store or hold the item.

We make reasonable attempts to contact customers using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

This policy applies to all custom jewelry, special orders, and layaway or partial payment items unless otherwise stated in writing.
